KNOW BEFORE YOU TOUR
WHAT IS THE RENTAL WINDOW?
Standard full-day access is 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Amplified music must end by 10:00 p.m. All guests, vendors, personal items, and required cleanup must be complete by 11:00 p.m. Earlier access may be available by prior arrangement.
HOW MUCH PARKING IS AVAILABLE?
Approximately 40 vehicles can park on site, including a large rear parking area and about ten spaces in front. Additional public overflow parking may be available near the town and park, roughly one block away.
HOW MANY GUESTS FIT INDOORS?
The main hall is most comfortable for approximately 40 seated guests and can accommodate up to about 50 with a tighter layout. Old Town Hall is designed primarily as an indoor-outdoor venue, with overall celebrations of up to 70 guests.
WHAT IS THE WEATHER-BACKUP PLAN?
For smaller celebrations, the main hall can provide indoor backup space. Events approaching 50–70 guests should arrange an approved tent in advance if rain is a concern. Tent rental, setup, and removal are the client’s responsibility.
ARE RESTROOMS AND ACCESSIBILITY AVAILABLE?
Two half baths are located on the main floor just inside the front entrance. The main floor is wheelchair accessible.
IS FOOD-PREP SPACE AVAILABLE?
A utility/prep sink is available near the restroom area, and limited prep space may be arranged on the main or lower level. There is no refrigerator, so caterers and clients should provide appropriate coolers or refrigerated storage.
IS THERE A SEPARATE ENTRANCE?
Yes. A rear entrance connects the lower level to the outdoor event area by stairs. It can be useful for vendor load-in, wedding-party staging, or a private entrance before the ceremony.
WHAT CLEANUP IS REQUIRED?
Clients must complete the entire checkout checklist. All decorations, personal items, food, and event trash must be removed or placed as directed; spills and excessive mess must be addressed; and venue-owned items must be returned as required. The $500 security and cleanup deposit is refundable only after the property is inspected. Damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, late departure, or failure to follow venue rules may result in deductions or forfeiture of the deposit.
ARE PETS AND FOOD TRUCKS ALLOWED?
Yes, with prior approval. Pets must remain supervised, and clients are responsible for cleanup. Food trucks must use the approved parking location and provide their own required utilities and permits. Service animals are always welcome.
ARE CANDLES OR SPARKLERS ALLOWED?
Flameless candles are welcome. Enclosed candles and outdoor handheld sparklers require prior written approval and may be restricted because of weather, fire conditions, or local rules. Exposed or unattended flames are not permitted, and clients are responsible for all sparkler debris and safety provisions.
